Every great neighborhood bar has someone who keeps the heart of it beating. At Whalen's, that's Tammy. As General Manager, she runs the place the way a good local should be run — cold beer in your hand, a hot meal from the kitchen, and a room where everybody feels like a regular by their second visit.
